The Cambridge Commission on the Status of Women (CCSW) is a City department whose purpose is to ensure women and girls equal economic, social, political, and educational opportunities throughout the city.

June, July, August Get Energized! Walking Series

12pm Wednesdays   Starting at DPW (147 Hampshire St.) and City Hall Annex (344 Broadway), switching every week. Check with Emily, eshield@cambridgema.gov, for starting location each week. Each walk will be approximately 45 minutes.

August 17 Women in Cambridge: Cambridge Represents!

6–8pm   Akai Ryu Shabu & Sushi Restaurant, 822 Somerville Ave, Cambridge, MA
Come network and chat with Pardis Saffari from the City of Cambridge Economic Development Division. Pardis is instrumental in the city’s programs for assisting businesses and their employees. She is also an accomplished blogger and community events organizer.
